For 2022 Encircle’s core team focused “creating rhythm”. My (Aaron’s) focus was to help the core team realise and hold the vision, culture, and mission. Our KPIs were to point people to helpful scripture courses, create policies and procedures where required, a clear layout of gatherings, complete all necessary governance documentation and attempting a financial plan. All these KPIs happened by May 2023. A little late, but the focus was on creating a rhythm of gathering.
We gathered in diverse ways. We tried various times, places, and worship styles. By May 2023, it is safe to say that we have finally created something that works for most. The next part of the journey is making sure there are ways for many to join. However, from May 2023 until August 2023, focus will be given to young people to have a place to explore Jesus.
